Friendly Letters

L is for Letters (& Lollipops that we enjoyed) 
We wrote our friendly letters today and addressed part of our envelopes!
Both are coming home to read over with an adult and to finish addressing the envelope.
Please have the letter, the small note to write back, in the completed addressed envelope, sealed and back to school on Tuesday, May 26.
Students will mail these out on our field trip May 29.

CKLA Knowledge: Domain 10 - Aviation

In this domain, students explore the history of aviation, listening to stories about early aviators like the Montgolfier brothers, the Wright brothers, Aída de Acosta, and Amelia Earhart. They study the science of flight and physics concepts like lift, and research the social impacts of flight on the world.

I is for International Day

All the traveling we did!
We tasted food, identified flags, learned languages, played games, wrote in hieroglyphics, watched videos, drew pictures, and danced. It was a lot in one day, but totally worth every passport stamp!!

Wear a cultural outfit from anywhere in the world!

Tuesday - J - Jammies & Jokes

Wear (weather & school appropriate) pajamas to school & bring a joke or two!

Wednesday - K - Kick off your shoes!

Friday - M - Mustaches & Musical Chairs
