Matter Hunt

Due to weather being fantastic we took our learning outdoors. Students were cross connecting different units. We used our science unit (Properties of Measurement of Properties) and reviewed our math unit (Customary Measurement of Length). 

In groups of three or four, different objects of matter were found and measured. Groups got creative on what to measure and how to measure. Very fun and purposeful!
