NWEA Scores 

Dec. 2015 we took the winter round of NWEA in math and reading. Today, coming home in all student communicators is a copy of their updated scores. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. We will take the next, and last, round of NWEA math and reading in the spring.

Carnival Baskets

Please remember our classroom carnival basket is FAMILY FUN! Any donations you can and are willing to make can be given to your child's classroom teacher. All donation need to be turned in by the end of January. Thank you for your support!!

Scholastic Book Order

Coming home with all students today is a new Scholastic Book Order. 

Placing an order online: Our classroom code HFPT3. You can make an order at anytime, as often as you like.

Sending your order into the classroom: Please have this in by Friday, January 15th (NO CASH PLEASE)

Homework
Students have two separate homework assignments to do over the weekend. These are both due on Monday. We did go over each and explained the directions for both.
Fill in the Blank: Words are used from the word bank to fill in the blanks. Students need to reread each sentence to make sure they make sense.
Writing Sentences: Each sentence needs to be a complete sentence using at least one of the words from the word bank in each sentence. Students should also follow COPS when writing their sentences (they will know what that means).
