Homework
All students have a new homework packet coming home today! Please help your child find a routine to set aside time here and there throughout the week to complete their homework by Friday.
Please also give, the always appreciated, friendly reminder of completing the comprehension questions with complete sentences, to slow down and make sure all work is completed in the way expected.
Spelling
Spelling words this week reviews the /ee/ sound using the spelling ie
Students are coming home with a new list of spelling words where they have underlined the spelling in each word where they need to pay extra attention.
The students are doing an AWESOME on the spelling, which means not only are they practicing their words, yet they are also understanding the concepts and spelling rules to apply to words.

On the back students have more alphabetizing to complete. We did one column today in class as a group. Their job is finish the other column at home.
