Teach the Teacher DAY 2

Another round of teaching comes another round of learning!

Daegan taught us a very cool way to fold fish art. He not only showed us how to draw a fish, but then fold it in a way to have the big fish eating a small fish. Kids got the hang of it, and you instantly heard fish noises, then fish noises eating other fish. Nice job Daegan!

Matthew and Finn took us to the basketball court!
Matthew taught us how to shoot a basketball! He took us through the steps of how to hold the ball. Then how to release to make the shot. He modeled how to shoot the ball from a pretty far distance. In turn he made the shot and amazed his learners! Nice job Matthew!
Finn taught everyone how to not only dribble a ball, but how to step and turn if defense is in your way. He also mentioned how to avoid traveling and a double dribble, but better yet how to get to the net! Nice job Finn!

Connor taught us how to play Checkers! He talked all about the different chips and the different colors of the board. Then he taught everyone how to make a move, what to do when you reach the other side of the board, flip to show queen, and how to jump and collect chips. Great job Connor!

Kyle was in his glory teaching all about the ins and outs of fishing! He showed us the different lures to use for different depths of water and for different fish. Then he taught us about his different reals and the different rods they attach to. Lastly, he put it all together and taught about how it connects and then how to begin the process of fishing. Nice work Kyle!
