One of the forms of writing the students are working on is narrative writing. They each have a goal sheet they use when writing narratives to address different areas in their writing to strengthen. This example, students were writing about their best pals. Whether it was someone local or far away, an animal or a pet, or even an adult or a child. They had to write:
one sentence that begins leads into their writing (Intro)
three sentences to describe (variety of details) in regards to their best pal
one sentence that concludes and wraps up their piece
This is a work in progress that we will continue to add to, edit and finish.
